I personally like a man to be somewhat of a take-charge person as the head of the family according to the holy book (Bible).  But he also has to have the ability to ask for help /or accept help when it is offered because it takes 2 to make a relationship work.  He has to admit when he is wrong, make mistakes or doesn’t know an answer.  I really can’t stand arrogance
